Is this allowed on the MLS?
Yes — virtual staging is widely accepted on MLS platforms when properly disclosed. Stagenie includes an optional "Virtually Staged" label on every image to help you stay compliant. Always check your local MLS rules and include disclosure in your listing remarks.
How real do they look?
Our AI produces photorealistic results that look like professional listing photography. The room's architecture — walls, windows, doors, and flooring — stays pixel-identical. Only furniture and decor are added. Results are designed to pass MLS scrutiny when properly disclosed.
What photos work best?
Wide-angle shots with good natural light work best. Your photo should be at least 1024px on the longest edge — smartphone photos are fine. Empty or lightly furnished rooms stage best, though our declutter option can remove existing furniture first.
How fast is it?
Most staging jobs complete in about 20 seconds. You'll see fun progress messages while our genie works. Complex rooms with the declutter option may take slightly longer since we run two passes.
