1. Agreement
By accessing or using Stagenie (“Service”), operated at stagenie.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Stagenie provides AI-powered virtual staging of real estate listing photographs. The Service transforms uploaded room photos by adding digitally rendered furniture and decor while preserving the room's architectural elements.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional or authorized representative to use the Service for commercial listing purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Credits & Payments
Staging operations consume credits as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription credits roll over up to 2× the monthly allowance. Pack credits do not expire. Refunds for unused packs are available within 14 days of purchase. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
5. AI Content & MLS Disclosure
Staged images are AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for disclosing virtual staging in your MLS listing remarks and complying with your local MLS rules and applicable regulations. Stagenie provides an optional “Virtually Staged” label but does not guarantee MLS acceptance in all jurisdictions.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload and staged images produced for your account. You grant Stagenie a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent credit limits, upload illegal content, or use staged images in a manner that violates fair housing laws or misrepresents property conditions beyond virtual furnishing.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Stagenie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@stagenie.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
