Stagenie (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use stagenie.com.

Information We Collect

• Account data: email address, display name, authentication provider.
• Photos: room images you upload for staging.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only Stripe customer ID and transaction references — never card numbers.
• Usage data: staging jobs, credit balance, plan type.
• Analytics: page views and conversion events via GA4 and Meta Pixel (with your consent).

How We Use Your Data

• Provide virtual staging and account management.
• Process payments and grant credits.
• Send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, account notices).
• Measure ad performance and improve the Service (with consent).

We do not use your photos to train AI models. Uploaded originals are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Stagenie: Firebase (hosting, auth, storage), Google Gemini (image processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and analytics platforms (GA4, Meta). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Consent

We use cookies for analytics and ad measurement. EU visitors are shown a consent banner; analytics pixels load only after acceptance. You may decline non-essential cookies.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@stagenie.com. California residents may request information about data sharing. EU residents may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upload originals are deleted after 30 days. Staged results for free accounts are retained 30 days; paid accounts up to 365 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your photos is restricted to your authenticated account. We use Firebase App Check and server-side validation to prevent abuse.
