Our AI produces photorealistic results that look like professional listing photography. The room's architecture — walls, windows, doors, and flooring — stays pixel-identical. Only furniture and decor are added. Results are designed to pass MLS scrutiny when properly disclosed.

Wide-angle shots with good natural light work best. Your photo should be at least 1024px on the longest edge — smartphone photos are fine. Empty or lightly furnished rooms stage best, though our declutter option can remove existing furniture first.

Most staging jobs complete in about 20 seconds. You'll see fun progress messages while our genie works. Complex rooms with the declutter option may take slightly longer since we run two passes.

Every photo gets one free re-style — try a different look on the same upload at no extra cost. If a generation fails entirely, your credit is automatically refunded. You can also stage the same room in multiple styles using additional credits.

One-time pack credits never expire — use them whenever you need them. Subscription credits roll over month to month, up to 2× your monthly allowance. Cancel your subscription anytime and keep whatever credits remain.

You do. Staged images are yours with full commercial rights — use them in MLS listings, marketing materials, social media, and anywhere else you promote properties. We never claim ownership of your photos or results.

Your photos are private to your account and never used to train AI models. Original uploads are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can request full account deletion anytime by emailing support@stagenie.com.

Yes — manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal with one click. There are no cancellation fees, and you keep any remaining credits. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
